How does the commission work?

You earn 20% of every paid credit purchase your referrals make during their first six months after signing up. The commission is calculated on the amount they pay, before tax.

What counts as a referral?

Someone who clicks your link or uses your code, then creates a Planetarium account. We remember the click for 60 days. If they sign up after that window, they do not count as your referral.

Is there a cap?

No. There is no limit on how many referrals you can have or how much you can earn.

When do I get paid?

Monthly, once your balance passes $20. Each purchase is held for 30 days before it counts, so refunds can settle first.

How do I get paid?

By PayPal or bank transfer. We need a tax form on file before the first payout: W-9 if you are in the US, W-8BEN if you are not.

What if a customer refunds?

Commission on a refunded or charged-back purchase is canceled. If it was already paid out, it is taken off your next payout.

Can I run paid ads?

Yes, on generic terms. Bidding on Planetarium brand terms is not allowed, because it competes with our own listings and confuses people looking for us.

Is there a traffic minimum?

No. You do not need an audience of any size to apply. We look at fit, not follower counts.

Do free or promotional credits count?

No. Only paid credit purchases earn commission. Free credits, trials and promotional grants do not.
